First delivery arrived an hour early and so damaged they couldn't even put the furniture together (main stability bars were bent so the pieces didn't fit together) and torn. Ultimately I got a new delivery date for 4 days later and the delivery fee comped. I understand that delivery is through a contracted service, so I don't hold this against the store as much as I do the showroom experience.
At the showroom, I was repeatedly quoted incorrect details, pricing, financing terms, etc. and left feeling both frustrated and kinda swindled, which sucks. My family always shops La-Z-Boy and we've usually had good experiences.
You can customize this furniture. And they do non reclining furniture. Wow!
Kinda expensive
I'll buy La-Z-Boy again, but it definitely won't be from this location.
